We’re proposing a new mixed-use development with two towers (12‑ and 43‑storeys), sharing a 6‑storey podium. In total, this new building will contribute 638 new residential units and 878 m² of street‑level retail space.

Set in the heart of Whitby, 915 Taunton Road is a thoughtfully designed residential community featuring 232 modern units inspired by Scandinavian simplicity, warmth, and connection to nature. This project balances clean architecture with natural textures, light‑filled interiors, and inviting shared spaces that encourage play, wellness, and everyday connection.
