At RAW I have served as the primary consultant, project manager, architect, and contract administrator for multifamily residential, custom homes, custom fabrications (metalworks, woodworking, etc.) and mixed-use developments.

These projects have ranged from individual art installations, $100 million+ condo developments, purpose built rental projects, and many other typologies

I have led stakeholder coordination, budget management, risk mitigation, design development, and business development efforts from project inception through construction administration.

I run a small team (2-5 internally) as well as a large external (20+ ) project teams as the lead consultant on the majority of my files.
